A student of the master drummer of India, Gino Banks since more than 12 years, Khwab also has been learning Percussion & Indian Classical Taal system under the maestro percussionist Ustad Taufiq Qureshi since last 11 years & above. Also, Khwab has been learning south Indian rhythm mathematics from mridangam maestro Vidwan Sridhar Parthasarthy.

He has passed the 8th grade exam of Trinity school of music, London for drums with merit.

Khwab has been Playing drums & Percussion for live concerts & recording sessions all over India & abroad & has performed for over 500 concerts ( Pop, Rock, Funk, Fusion, Bollywood, Folk), sharing the stage with legendary Musicians like Louiz Banks, Ustad Taufiq Qureshi, Gino Banks, Vidwan Sridhar Parthasarthy, Karl Peters, Sanjay Divecha, RakeshChaurasia, Ravi Chary, Ganesh Rajgopalan, Purbayan Chatterjee, Fareed Haque, Rahul Sharma, George Brooks, DJ KSHMR and playback singers and music directors like Sunidhi Chauhan, Shilpa Rao, Neeti Mohan, Sona Mohapatra, Ram Sampath, Sachin-Jigar, Monali Thakur, Ash King, Akriti Kakar, Anusha Mani, Diljit Dosanjh & many others.

He has been performing with Taufiqji’s band “Mumbai Stamp” for many years now at various festivals & events across India.

He has performed at various events and festivals, like Darmu festival, KalaGhoda festival, Navi Mumbai festival, Prithvi Theatre's annual memorial concerts, IPL opening ceremony, 2011 at M. Chidambaram stadium, Chennai, Debut ISL(Football) opening ceremony 2014 at Salt Lake Stadium, Kolkatta, Miss Diva 2018, Mumbai, to name a few.

He has been a part of famous bollywood songs and background scores of movies like Tees Maar Khan,Teen they Bhai, ABCD, ABCD 2, Joker, Prince, The attacks of 26/11, Arjun, Grand Masti, Phata Poster Nikla Hero, R… Rajkumar, Dhoom 3, Bharat, Gunday, Singham returns, Tevar, Happy new year, Timepass 2, Airlift, Fan, Sultan, Bareilly ki Barfi, Bharat, Laila Majnu, Gujjubhai – Most Wanted and many others.

Lately, He has been performing Bollywood pop rock set with different playback singers and MusicDirectors, Mixtape Music producer Abhijit Vaghani's live setup and a World fusion set with Viveick Rajagopalan’s Oneplateidli and is working on his own Multi – genre Fusion project, While also teaching and training a number of students regularly, from the comfort of his home studio.
